This chakra meditation series takes the listener on an audio journey by relaxing all your senses, aligning your energy and reducing stress. Every chakra governs a specific part of the physical body which is also connected to your emotional state of being. Through these meditations one is able to connect mind, body and spirit for a deep gentle healing, clearing physical and emotional ailments.

These meditations are created by using specific frequencies along with various ancient and modern sound healing modalities. Each chakra has a mantra and underlying binaural beats guiding the listener to step beyond the ego self and connect to the universal source.
